1. Jasmiyah and Tasmiyah Whitehead

In 2010, a set of twins known by the name of Jasmiyah and Tasmiyah murdered their mother at their home. However, it wasn’t until years later that the two confessed before being given the nickname of the “twisted twins.” In relation, a couple of studies have proven that if one twin gets involved in some sort of criminal activity, there is a high chance that the other twin will as well.

2. Rate of Twin Births

Back in the late 1900s, there was a twin birth in around every 58 births. However, there have been many upgrades in fertility treatments in the past 30 years which has caused a big change in the rate of twin birth. In 2014, it was observed that every one in 28 births was a twin birth!

6. Twin Birth

It is possible for twins to be born days, months, and even years apart! An incident took place in 2005 wherein a woman had twins babies that were born two months apart, meaning she had to give birth twice in two months!
