Eva Marie Saint was able to build a great fortune for herself thanks to her acting career that lasted for more than seven decades. She was able to get famous in the ’50s thanks to the roles she had in movies like North by Northwest and On the Waterfront.
Being 96 years old makes her the oldest actress who won an Academy Award. She’s also one of the last few people from Hollywood’s Golden Age who are still alive today. Saint’s most recent role was in Mariette in Ecstasy in 2019, and she’s reportedly going to appear in a new documentary by Budd Schulberg.
