Bette Midler – 74 Years
Bette Midler’s 50-plus year career can be traced back to off-Broadway plays and a stint singing at a gay bathhouse called the Continental Baths. Between then and now, she has won three Grammy Awards, four Golden Globe Awards, three Emmy Awards, and, most recently, a Tony Award for her role in Hello Dolly.
Some of her hit songs include renditions of The Wind Beneath My Wings, Do You Want To Dance, and From A Distance. She made her acting her debut in a movie called The Rose, which also earned her an Oscar nomination and a Golden Globe win. She is starring in the upcoming film The Glorias.
