Courtney Cox – $33 Million, Malibu
Commonly known for her role as Monica in the famous sitcom Friends, Courtney Cox also branched out to star in the Scream movie franchise and has also dabbled in production and directing. Growing up, she was also an aspiring architect, and this shows in her $30 million Malibu beach house.
The seafront Malibu home has five bathrooms, four bedrooms, a tennis court, a screening room, a saltwater swimming pool, and several guest cottages. She’s even allowed Grammy Award-winning musician Ed Sheeran to live in one of her guest houses rent-free while working on his album, and recently shared a video of her and Snow Patrol vocalist Gary Lightbody doing a musical duet.
