Patrick Dempsey – $14.5 Million, Malibu
He is known as McDreamy in his role on the hit TV show, Grey’s Anatomy, and there is also something pretty dreamy about his home in Malibu. The racecar driver and avid cyclist bought the 5,000-square-foot Frank Gehry-designed property for $7 million.
It’s a diamond-shaped house with three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a master suite with a fireplace, and a sculpture studio. Although he put a lot of effort and money into designing the house for his family, Dempsey had to list the home for $14.5 million after his wife filed for divorce. They have since reconciled, although it’s unclear whether the house is off the market.
