Carl Lewis – $2.5 million, Pacific Palisades
In 2022, the American Olympic legend Carl Lewis praised the consistency of the track and field sprinter Fred Kerley. It’s the ultimate compliment for Kerley, especially considering Lewis landed a whopping nine Olympic gold medals in his heyday. His athletic prowess also allowed him to live in lavish million-dollar homes such as his former Pacific Palisades residence.
Lewis listed the place for $2.5 million in 2010, and the price tag seems to be more than appropriate. The abode features a fish pond, a gazebo, a spa and sits next to the ocean. It comes with four bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, and over 5,000 square feet of living space.
