Drake – $7.7 Million, Hidden Hills
He started from the bottom, and rapper Drake has most definitely risen with his dream home. He was so obsessed with this house when he saw it in 2007 he promised himself he was going to buy it. He even plucked it from the original owner for $20 million less than it was initially listed ($27 million).
It has a gym, tennis court, games room, and a cinema, but the crowning feature is the natural pool with caves, man-made grottos, and waterfalls. Hidden Hills has the Kardashian’s and Kanye West as tenants, which explains the shade Drake throws in “Summer Sixteen,” when he says his pool is bigger than Kanye’s.
