Mandy Moore – $2.6 Million, Pasadena
At 18 years of age, Mandy Moore was already an established singer and starred in her first movie called A Walk To Remember. Her fame led to her buying a five-bedroom Mediterranean-style pad in Los Feliz, Los Angeles. But despite the size and luxury setting, the house never felt like home despite living in it for 15-years.
These days Moore is more level headed, and in 2018 got engaged to singer Taylor Goldsmith and bought a vintage 1950’s-style house on a hill in Pasadena for $2.6 million. The mansion is a cozy 3,551-square-foot abode with three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a spa, and an office.
