The mansion is steeped in history. The Italian villa-style main house served as the home for Demille and family, and the adjoined guest house, once a neighboring home, was once occupied by silent movie royalty, Charlie Chaplin. The six-bedroom main house has a modern kitchen and a large dining area with a pool surrounded by lawns, gardens, and water features.
