Lady Gaga – $5.25 Million, Hollywood Hills
Some people think Lady Gaga is wild. Well, they should’ve seen the guy whose house she bought. The Pokerface singer bought multi-instrumental recording artists Frank Zappa’s old home in Laurel Canyon, for a $5.25 million. The 6,759-square-foot property spans over half an acre and is considered a Hollywood Hills legendary estate.
The estate that sits in Laurel Canyon has seven bedrooms, six bathrooms, two guest houses, and a staff apartment. It also comes equipped with an outdoor kitchen, art gallery, recording studio, rooftop tennis court, a large backyard pool, and a large storage chamber. Zappa originally paid $74,000 for it in the late ’60s.
